Can missing B2 definition cause zero attempts in SRVCC?
A1 and A2 enabled but B2 not defined at all.
For inter-rat HO B2 is necessary, as far as I know.
Yes but will SRVCC attempt be zero or prep attempts will happen.
And then prep fail.
I see zero attempts.
Yes, it will be zero because B2 event won’t be configured and there wiill no be MR with b2 event, so handover request from eNB won’t be triggered.
