PSC issues when are solved usually improves acessibility, but in cases due to excessive coverage radius, for example, yeah solving overshooting cells frames lost issues can be decreased.

Because for our cases Ericsson care support recommended to us to solve PSC colision firstly.
Mute calls issue also resolved after PSC clashes removal.
