Some one can help to understand with some examples of problems where it applies?

Certain freq Alarms can be automated to fix or reset via a script on low/hi power on & off with next level escalation and reset as e.g.

Autonomous self healing features like autonomous reset are already in use by many vendors when any configuration error kind of alarm appears in an equipment.

But sometimes that leads to continuous rebooting of the device in case of any hardware related faults where reset cannot solve the issue.

Working very well under Nokia.

We have a patch for example when enabling Power Savings on 3G causing many BTS failures.
