Can a UE send CSI report in the UL even if it is in C-drx sleep state?

Which CSI report you are talking?

Periodic or Aperiodic?

C-DRX simply means to monitor for certain period time and check if there is something is scheduled in Downlink for UE.

Since CSI report is an Uplink transmission and UE will send it as per configuration provided by higher layer in case of periodic or if there is a request for aperiodic CSI in DCI, there is nothing to do with C-DRX when UE has to sent a report in Uplink.
