I found that, focused on not cross SLIV (Start and Length Indicator Value) boundary, each SLIV value corresponds to a specific slot index within a subframe and it cannot cross slot boundaries.

It implies that each SLIV value is associated with a specific slot index within the subframe, and the allocation is confined to that slot.
