Call drop on GSM

Hi,

We have a call drop issue on our GSM network. Calls are dropped exactly 10 seconds after the handover to the other BTS. It is happening in different BTS, but repeating on some specific BTS . No alarms , no issues found. Can someone help to troubleshoot.

Call drop cause- Normal call clearing

Do you have any Network logs for brief analysis.
Please share the logs.
