Call drop is due to S1 out of service or S1 reset

Hi Experts.
If call drop is due to S1 out of service or S1 reset, does in this part handover can play a role for this as I have some nbr sites where there is zero prep success in S1 handover?
How can we correlate this issue further?

Hi All.
Without VoLTE S1 handover issue, can call drop on connected mode in S1?

Reason is: S1 out of service in VoLTE drop.

If S1 is out of service what do you expect to happen with VoLTE call?
It will drop for sure.

Sudden sync out in VoLTE due to MME.
