Calculating 3CC and 2CC Rate in the Network

Hello Huawei Experts,

I need to calculate the rate of 3CC (Three-Carrier Aggregation) and 2CC (Two-Carrier Aggregation) in our network.

Could you please provide the correct formula to use?
