Bs RX lev vs Ms RX lev difference

Hi,

I am facing some call drop on my GSM network. The calls are disconnected by a cause : “Network out of order” and “radio interface failure message”. We have checked all the hardware components and the rf cable path so many times. No issues has been detected.

Also in all these sites which have call drops have a difference in Bs RX lev vs Ms RX lev. For eg: if BS Rx lev is -50 dbm, the MS Rx lev will be -59dbm.

Can some one guide what can be the issue and how to troubleshoot.
