What is the best way to benchmark the quality of a 4G network of two operators?
The first which is loaded and the second which not commercially launched.
Rsrq and sinr are affected by load, so how can we benchmark the quality.
RSRQ affected by bandwidth (N), while SINR affected by load (x), based on related it’s formula.
To benchmark between two network exactly (if spectrum bandwidth is different) could be using approximately (not exactly).
Drive Test.
The best way is using RSRP + RSRQ, + with non busy hour period, + at the same time, + at the same UE Type, + at the same methodology.
