How can we bar only data service for one EnodeB by parameter or feature?
Any suggestion?
Vendor is Ericsson.

Core Team can block the TAC-VLR ID for the required area and services will be barred.

You can create dummy TAC for this site only, restrict services in core for this particular TAC.
