Bad CS RAB SR while good PS RAB SR

Hello everyone!

There were call issues reported in our 3G network.
When we checked KPI report it was found that CS RAB SR was much less while PS RAB SR was good.
What could be the possible reason for this?
And is it possible to prioritise CS RAB over PS RAB?

First you need to find reason of failure.

Look at counters.

Check reason of failure first.

You have to get the CS RAB failures counters and from there we can help you more.

If it’s Nokia you can get RSRAN073.

It’s ZTE actually.
