what should be the Ideal Number of RRC Connected User( Not the licensed User capacity or Peak RRC Connected User Capacity) in case of Multi Layer LTE NW for BW Mentioned below so that Proper Load Balancing can be achieved.
Here I am trying to Calculate the Ideal Number of user Per carrier according to BW,
2300 C1- 20 MHz-TDD
2300C2- 20 Mhz-TDD
1800- 10 Mhz- FDD
850 -15 Mhz- FDD
