T3460:This parameter specifies the interval between the time when the MME initiates an authentification and encryption procedure and the time when the UE sends a response. The T3460 timer starts when the MME sends the authentication request or security mode command and stops when the MME receives the authentification response or security mode command complete message. After the timer expires, the MME resends an authentification request or security mode command.
