At which message can we see the assigned IP for the user and the IP for PGW?

Hi Experts.
At which message can we see the assigned IP for the user and the IP for PGW?
Any network having value greater then 1 Mbps?
I’ve seen only around 500 kbps at max.

UE IP is in attach accept.
PGW IP is in initial context setup request.
UE IP can be seen in phone.
