Are the Search Space ID and Coreset ID used across BWPs?

Hi all…
Are the Search Space ID and Coreset ID used across BWPs?
I mean, lets say I use SS ID 1 in BWP 1. Can I use SS ID 1 in BWP 2 also or it has to be SS ID 2?

As in BWP if you have a Cell with PCI and different Beams, you will have different SS indexes.

Each configured DL BWP includes at least one control resource set (CORESET) with UE-specific search space (USS).

  1. If BWP don’t overlapping
    BWP 1 - SS ID 1, coreset I’d 1
    BWP 2- SS ID 2, coreset I’d 2

  2. if overlapped, and both BWP size is different and Coreset ID same,
    Then
    BWP 1 - SS ID 1, coreset I’d 1
    BWP 2- SS ID 1, coreset I’d 1

Note: At a time only one BWP active.

So if BWP are not overlapping they cannot use the same SS ID?

Thanks @Ashish_Satasiya. Mine is Overlapping case and I can see UE is accepting same SS ID on two different BWPs.
So the theory seems to hold true.

BTW, anywhere in the specs that we can read on overlapping BWPs?
