Are RACH occasions reserved for RACH or can they be used for other PUSCH transmissions?

For rach occasions, are they reserved for rach or can they be used for other pusch transmissions? Thanks

Logically, they have to be reserved for RACH as network won’t know when a UE will use a particular RO.

If PUSCH is scheduled in RO, it would create unnecessary interference with RACH reqs.
