Anyone has some good recommendations for android phone application for RF measure ( LTE & NR ) and which can also take some logs or record?
Looking for not full scale DT tool but just for normal casual testing.

Try NSGuru, best one.
Even better than TEMS or NEMO.
It will export dlf files.
Cost is 50 usd per month for license (Free of charge for just for monitoring)
Also needs Qualcomm chip and root access
But you can use it free without recording logs
