Anyone has some good recommendations for android phone application for RF measure ( LTE & NR ) and which can also take some logs or record?
Looking for not full scale DT tool but just for normal casual testing.

Try NSGuru, best one.
Even better than TEMS or NEMO.
It will export dlf files.
Cost is 50 usd per month for license (Free of charge for just for monitoring)
Also needs Qualcomm chip and root access
But you can use it free without recording logs

Do you know some mobile pocket app on phone to measure 5G test log?
You may want to take a look at WeTest as well.
It’s an Android-based LTE/NR testing app focused on service-level tests (voice, web, video, speed) and basic RF indicators, designed for quick field checks.
Works on standard Android phones and is quite lightweight compared to full drive test setups.
