Hi Experts.

Have you already optimized the parameter advCellSupAction (Controls which recovery actions to be performed when ACS detects a sleeping cell) in Ericsson LTE networks, for a value different from 0 (NO_ACTION) ?

Has been observed any instabillity or reason for not using 1 or 2, that allows cells restart or cell restart and node restart, respectivelly?

I think no problem to try, however check if you have the sleeping cell problem by checking alarms “suspected sleeping cell”.

Change the parameter and monitor the counters:

  • pmAdvCellSupRecoveryCellAtt
  • pmAdvCellSupRecoveryNodeAtt
  • pmAdvCellSupDetection
