Add LAA cells as Scells in LTE-CA configuration

Hi All,
We want to add LAA cells as Scells in LTE-CA configuration.
But UE is not sending measurement report for LAA cell.
In UE capability info I don’t see LAA band (band46) under rf-parameters.
But customer telling its supported.
Is there anything else I can check?

Please check measurement configuration in RRC reconfiguration message, whether it contain LAA band or not.

Do you know which Ericsson counters to check if LAA cells working properly or not? Taking traffic or not?
Is pmLbtPdschAtt / pmLbtPdschSucc counters enough for observation?
