What is the main purpose of A1 and A2 events?
Can we assume the following things …
A1 is for letting the EnodeB know that its not reqiured to configure any events as “serving is better than a configured thereshold”
A2 is for letting the EnodeB know that it is reqiured to configure A3 or A4 or A5 events as “serving is worse than a configured thereshold”
Triggering any event such as A3 or A4 or A5 is not possible without triggering A2 event.
