5G UE Power Classes: Why some devices use PC2 in n78 and PC3 in n77?

Hi All.

3GPP allow 5G UE higher power PC2 26 dBm in some bands.

I see from UE capability report, some UE with PC2 in n78 but just PC3 in n77.

Maybe it depend on license from 3rd party.

N78 is more popular than n77.

Phone manufacturer may customize specs.

How do you think?

It is introduced in rel17 and in some countries it is mandatory now to support.

Depend on Regulatory req. and some other factor like interference, performance and device design.
