In NR UE capability .rat list eutra capability is requested.
But in UE capabilities info …message no eutra rat information is present?
Does it mean it doesn’t support handover from 5G to 4G?
Ideally this would mean that UE doesn’t support EUTRA.
Ue does not support eutra bands specified in the “capability request filter”
