I’ve learned that activation isn’t instant.
It’s layered, and demands patience.
If done poorly, a site can stall for days.
Sometimes even weeks.
Here’s the main process (simplified):
Receive site notification and review docs in detail.
Confirm tasks, configs, and the integration plan.
Verify parameters across the site.
Fix errors fast or escalate to field teams.
Monitor the site for 24 hours post-activation.
Run checks and measure KPIs.
Fine-tune for stability and performance.
Revisit later for optimization.
Most companies share similar steps.
But none are identical.
Processes bend to fit their systems, tools, and standards.
That’s why the real challenge isn’t “turning on” 5G.
It’s keeping it running at its best.
Anyone can light up a site.
Only the careful ones can keep it alive.
