Hi experts, I have 2 questions.

H vendor has implicitly supports Menb initiated handover with sgnb change but N does not. What is the reason and downside of that? In N vendor, when meenb changes sgnb has to stay same but could be different beam or cell within same gnb.

What is the difference between 5GC002199 Interfreq mobility with menb coordination , 5GC001095 Interfreq mobility without menb coordination, pros and cons ? Surprisingly their activation switches are totally identical. Well I know it is about measurement gap coordination between enb/gnb but what is the point.
