Hello Experts,
I have a problem with HO Inter gNB SR which equals to zero in on cells of the site.
I checked alarms and I got this one: NRRELNotConfiguredA3A5
I did a quick comparaison of the site with its neighbor (Target site name HO inter gNB SR=99% )and I get this difference in parameters :
1- Activate ANR for EN-DC with resolution of unknown cells exists only in target site
2- Activate inter-frequency inter/intra-gNB mobility NSA exists only in target site name
3-Both sites have a X2C link status not stable (sometimes available and sometimes not available)
Can you please support with this issue ?
Vendor is Nokia
Both sites are 5G NSA
