Hello guys
Am asking about anchoring problem possibility (not ok).
What is the possible reason for 5G devices not being able to detect 5G signal?

2

SSB periodicity.
Check and make sure it is 20 msec.
Not 40, 80 or 160 msec.

For RRC ssb periodicity is 80ms.

Most likely that is it, but you might check PRACH setings too.

Which Vendor? NSA system?
Did you check the 4G to 5G relation?

if Huawei, you need to check the 4G-5G relation as LST NRNFREQ, LST NRSCGFREQCONFIG…
