4L mimo not supported for tm3/4 for band 7, MIMO cfg is incorrect

Hi Experts.
Anyone has idea why reconfig failure happening: 4L mimo not supported for tm3/4 for band 7, mimo cfg is incorrect.
I see in UE capability that all is supported band and TM4, UE is supporting 4x4 mimo and network is working properly.

This is solved,no need for troubleshooting. I’ve got the wrong rrcConnReconfig msg for checking, when I got full pcap trace in ue capability I could see that 4L is not supported in band7. Question is now why eNB sent wrong rrcConnReconfig towards ue in the first place. Ticket to R&D is opened for this, must be some bug
