I have a situation in my network where the RCA for intra freq issue is due to Handover wrong cell reestablishment. Meaning during HO failure , UE attempts to reestablish to the wrong cell. Please can someone tell me how to resolve this issue ？
Make audit for Eutanexternal cell and delete wrong configuration NBRs
