Can anyone help with the exact counter for 3G Total number of cell in RNC?

You can either get them from the RAN report, select the activated ones, or from PRS there’s a CellCounting element.

I would recommend in such cases get the data cell level for availability as NOM/DOM and make this (sum NOM)/(sum DOM).

This will get you higher flexibility.

You can also query 1 hour {SP} cell level for the same KPI for the RNC, this will get you the cells as well.
