Hello All.

Have you any idea about these 3G switches please and what are the advantage and disadvantage of these switches please?

  1. RIM_UL_INTER_OPT_SWITCH
  2. RIM_UL_INTER_UPDATE_SWITCH

I would like to know how to reduce UE access delay by these switches.
