Do you mean reselection from 3G to 4G?

You require a script for defining 3G to 4G.

And if you help me with ANR script for LTE I appreciate it.

This has to be defined in 3G site, but please check all the thresholds as per your n/w requirement.
And above snippet is for only one cell, you need to define it for all cells in that particular site.
