3G Drop Call rate (ucell level)

Hello experts
I’m facing some issues with DCR analysis in 3G.
In below cells, it is indicated cause of DCR is due to SHO failure.
But looking at Intra freq HO success it is observed that they are all above threshold.
So i don’t know if i have to consider SHO as the as the main cause for this drop call rate or not.

Please can someone support.

I guess SHO is not the main reason… Your total abnormal release is around 100, but due to SHO is only 3/4. So look for the main contributor in abnormal release.
