I want to know
-The difference between 3G Call drop rate, call setup success rate & call block ratio.
-The difference between their drive test values & OSS KPIs values
-The formula for each one of them.
-Why does the 3G Call drop rate formula include only RAB counters ? why not include the RRC part counters ?

(setup success ratio) + (block ratio) = 100%
If a call is successfully setup, but dropped before normally release, it is counted as a dropped call.
