15 kHz SCS in 5G NR DSS

Hi all.
Is only 15 kHz SCS allowed for NR in DSS?

DSS: Dynamic Spectrum Sharing.

Why FDD almost always use 15 kHz SCS?
I can see we can use 30 kHz as well for FDD.

FDD mostly will be used in coexistence with LTE (DSS).
Hence mostly 15 kHz will be used.
Nokia only use and support 15 kHz in FDD.

Thanks.
I can see for FDD bands as per specs table we can use 15, 30, 60 kHz as well.

Yes I saw Samsung DSS also using 30 kHz.

I think specs talk about FR1 or FR2 , they didn’t say FDD/TDD.
Right?

Compatibility with LTE pushes for 15kHz use.

Mid bands, until 2600, prefer/only have support for 15kHz.

High bands, such as n78, are commonly used with 30kHz.

3GPP provides way to implement, but not necessarily all vendors will support

SCS is determined by cell BW.
Higher cell BW, higher SCS.
And also depend on ifft size.

For example, NR cell 100 MHz, SCS 30 kHz, 273 RB, 3276 sub-carriers.
If SCS 60 kHz, 1632 sub-carrier.
NR ifft samples 4096, it is ok.
If SCS 15 kHz, sub-carrier > 6500, not enough sampling, so cell 100 MHz not has SCS 15.
