ZTE OSS DUMP Comparison Tool for 2G/3G & LTE?

Hi Every One,
Do some one have ZTE OSS dump comparison tool for all technologies 2G/3G & LTE which highlights the change of parameters being made between two dumps.
IF not, then can anyone create some tool. It would be helpful.

We are currently working on the network audit and inventory report. Parameter change comparison was already on the to-do list. However, since you have requested it. We will prioritize it and work on it after completing the current modules (i.e. network audit and inventory report). And since you asked for ZTE we will make ZTE change comparison available first.

These are the sort of requests we want to have as they help us know what tools to prioritize our efforts on.
