XML generator for ENM

Hi all,

I am looking for a tool/Macro … to be able to generate xml files to import to ENM, for updating the list of 4G cells parameters.

Any suggestion are appreciated.

That will be grate. I have nstalled the bts-ce, but I have got the error " forbideen page" on trying to access the 192.168…

I hope this python script may help you just keep the ipute file as the CSV file generated from boda bulck parser
