Nokia FDD LTE16 cells with terrible X2 HOSR.What steps should I follow to troubleshoot bad HSR?

Guys

I have a lot of Nokia FDD LTE16 cells with terrible X2 HOSR.
What steps should I follow to troubleshoot bad HSR?
KPI: LTE5058B

Detailed steps would be helpful

Check if there’s any HW alarms on the site and mean while add bad performing X2 cells in black list to make HO on S1 (this will improve the HOSR) till X2 problem being solved.

Is there a way to find per neighbor HO relation in Nokia LTE? I couldn’t find any report for LTE

Thanks
Can you please let me know how to disable X2 HO for specific relations?
Any parameters?

@Stanis, From ANR, which vendor you are working on

1-reporting suite
2-Neighbor HO analysis from mobility reports
3-choose the object level plmn/lbts_parent/lbts/lncel/mcc/mnc/ECI

OK. So what to do if failures are due to FAIL_ENB_HO_PREP_OTHER.
We have three broad causes of failures, FAIL_ENB_HO_PREP_TIME, FAIL_ENB_HO_PREP_AC and FAIL_ENB_HO_PREP_OTHER.
My are either due to prep_time or due to prep_other.
For prep_time; i guess its better to check for load on neighbors. But what is this ‘Others’ :frowning:

@AlexB,

Thanks a million Bro
