Why we need radiobearerconfig2 when radiobearerconfig is already present?

Hi All,
Has anybody any idea why we need radiobearerconfig2 when radiobearerconfig is already present?

It’s needed for NSA, I’ve seen in logs.
It’s needed for PDCP sz size used for NR etc parameters.
You can say it’s part of RRC reconfiguration.

This is true, but why do we need the same structure again if we already have radiobearerconfig?
