Why LTE low frequencies can’t be used as an anchor with a low frequency 5G NR band for NSA?
In Addition:
What are the general considering point to decide LTE anchor for NSA NR?
I think first criteria is based on supported bands on 4G and 5G of most of the 5G UEs in the network.
Second criteria would be to have a mutual coverage of both 4G and 5G cells in all deployment area.
Third criteria would be volume based traffic on 4G cells made by 5g smartphones in NSA mode to be supported by existing capacity of the 4G selected anchoring layer.
Probably there would be other criteria too.
