Whether increasing the max no of users per TTI increase the cell throughput?

Adjusting the edge users power can help more.

But “No” for your question.

Cell throughput = average user throughput * number of user in the cell → Mathematically

So when you increase the number of users per TTI you are just acting on the capacity aspect and will impact the user throughput.
Now to have high cell throughput you should have good coverage showing that users are having almost same experience. More cell edge users with bad coverage will lead to low cell throughput no matter how much UE are set per TTI.

Someone can adjust if I am wrong…

I see that Cell throughput KPI is not a clear indicator for user experience, but User Throughput is.

Cell throughout is more reflecting the traffic in the cell.

When you say “edge users power” - is there a specific parameter which can do that?
