Does anyone know the use of field: “symbol allocation index” in DCI 0_0/0_1 in QXDM packet?

Does it indirectly indicate the value of k2?

I think the value should be k2 = 5 if symbol alloc index is 2 => points to 3rd raw.

Index starts with 0 or 1?
