Prach signals are zf chu sequence reference signals.

msg 2 are response msgs only.
Do they have a modulation scheme too?
I think so, lower modulation should be there.
What I know is that UE do get a response with MCS configuration and based on that it gets eligibility to recieve RRC conn request.
We do get time and freq info on that, but I don’t know about mod scheme.

I think no modulation used by PRACH.
I think any PDU which goes through PHY will have an MCS.
So will Msg2.
