Anyone know meaning of “camp cell information”?

I think it means the cell that the UE is camped on idle mode or serving PCC when UE is in connected mode.

All cells information like CI, LAC, MNC,MCC, PCI etc.

In camp cell information I find the number of serving DL Earfcn less than the number of serving DL Earfcn in serving cell.

Does this mean that this number of serving DL Earfcn in camp cell is in idle mode?
