For NR, what is range for C band?
Is it only used for USA?

Yes. As of now, it is being used in US only.

Band having frequency between 4 to 8 GHz, so mix of FR1 and FR2.

FR2 frequency range: 24,25 GHz-52,6 GHz.
And FR1: 410 MHz-7125 MHz e.g band C belongs only to FR1.
