What is preferred value used for Intra Freq HO over sites for a3offset?
Is it 3 dB or more?

Hi @ankgitm, it depends upon your traffic mobility profile in the area.

If its high mobility like 100 km/h then you should set a smaller value.

Otherwise for normal domestic area 4/6 dB is ok.
