Does this term has anything to do with Dynamic Spectrum Sharing?
Hi. It simply means NR neighbor frequencies.
This MO is used for 4G-5G interworking related functions like HO cell reselections and also fro LTE-NR NSA DC.
Should be used in DSS where LTE nbrs to be configured.
