In short: in DAPS handover scenario, a UE is concurrently connected to both:

  • A source cell group (such as a base station) including a source primary cell
  • And a target cell group (such as a base station) including a target primary cell.

can we use Dual Active Protocol Stack (DAPS) in NSA system or it just use in SA?
after activation what change in KPI should we see except latency?
