How an UE downloading LTE data can be switched to wifi?

if you activate both 4G and WIFI in the same time and there is no WIFI sevice it will serving from 4G but if you entered your home the mobile will automatically switch to WIFI with coutinuing the DL

LTE network dont know about the presence of wifi. UE may initiate lte release request by itself and try to connect wifi, lte network not control.
