User faced MO call fail.
I have UE trace and in UE trace it can be seen that very poor pucch sinr while pusch sinr is good.
What can be the reason for very poor PUCCH SINR?
PUCCH SINR is basically shows UL quality over PUCCH channel and bad SINR means Bad Uplink quality due to Inracell /Intercell Interference, Serving +Neibhoring cell power issue.
Solution-
Improve RLC MaxTx value…
Check serving cell power + Nbr cell power.
